The New Look!

blog template / themeI decided that I didn’t have to wait until next week to get my blog a new look.

I did some searching today and found this kinda cute and simple blog. And, it also uses one of my favorite fonts, Trebuchet. It also has three of my favorite colors, pink, black and white.

However, there’s something that I think needs a bit of change. It’s the space between the main page and the sidebar. In my opinion, it should be widen a little bit.

Back then, when I used to blog @ blogspot, I learned a bit about CSS and HTML. It seems like now I have to start learning more about PHP. Sounds like FUN!

BTW, check out how my blog used to look like. Isn’t that beautiful? But, what can I do? I need one that is quickly accessed by the visitor. So, I had to change it.

A New Template / Theme?

blogProbably.

At first, when I chose this template / theme, the reason was simply because I wished that my blog looked pretty and chique, and different.

But, then, I found out that it took longer time to finally be seen by the visitors.

Self-Discipline

notebookI’m no prolific writer–nor blogger. Maybe because whenever I get stuck, this writer’s block kinda thing, I just stop. I don’t fight it over.

Yet, on my friend’s FB status, I found a quote by Mark Price saying that there are more people with talent instead of those with discipline, thats why the latter is better paid.

What to do when you’re not in the mood?

chocolate-barsYet, you have like dozens of items on your daily to-do list?

Me? Here are what I usually do:

  • Grab some bars of chocolate (trust me, 1 bar can’t help, you need more!)

Being a Mother

mother-daughterCurrently, I work at home. I run an online book store, do some digital PR consultancy, write a novel and a non-fiction book. I need more than 24 hours a day, for sure. Thankfully, I enjoy them all.

Yet, although I work at home, it doesn’t mean that I can be with my daughter the whole day. With all those activities, it’s kinda impossible. So, I created some kind of an arrangement.
