A Rich Conversation

pollenI love rich conversation. When I was at campus, my friends and I used to chit chat about sooo many things. I also often discuss stuff with my husband and other friends now.

Some were philosophical and deep, some others were simple yet so beautiful.

And, yesterday, it was like a déjà vu. I had this very rich conversation with a person, a very smart yet artistic person.

Listening to her words was like reading a very good and beautifully written book.

She told me all the stories so articulately and alluringly. When she talked, I had this vision in my head as if I was seeing a movie.

Her choice of words were thought-filled and tasteful. She described things not only in detail, but also in an artistic way.

It was my second time seeing the person. The first time we met, it was only for a few minutes. But, yesterday, I sat down with her for two hours. I considered myself lucky to be granted such a chance.

I learned a lot from our conversation. About parenting, education, responsibility, and many other things.

Surprisingly, I found several similarities between her and me. Well, not many, especially since she had reached it to the top now and I’m merely doing the climbing.

Oh, how I can’t wait to see her again anytime soon. Can’t wait to get inspired again by her words, to have that rich conversation…
