She was enjoying her lunch. Then, this guy came in to the room, went straight to her cubicle, stood right beside her.

She raised her head.

“You’re having your lunch here?”

She looked at him in the eye and said, “Yeah. Is there anything wrong with that?”

“No. Not at all.”

“Good.”

She smiled and got back to her almost empty plate.

But, he stood still there.

“Anything else?”

“Nothing.”

“Oowwwkeeyy…”

She got back to her plate again.

He turned around.

She heard his footsteps fading away. But then, she heard them again, very clearly, as if they were right beside her.
She looked down. A pair of shoes was there.

“Hi,” it was his voice again. “What’s your name again? This morning when the boss introduced us, I couldn’t hear it clearly. You know how his voice sounds like. By the way, I’m Kevin…”

He kept talking and talking.

And, she had her mind say, “This man is cute, but, why should he be that talkative when he’s nervous???”

And, he also had something in mind while he kept on talking, “Oh, she’s so cute with her face like that, looking at me…but, why doesn’t she just stop me?!! I can’t talk forever. ”
